Your website will be customised to your business though with your colour scheme, logo, photos and content so it really doesn't matter that the general layout is the same as another site. The wording on the site is down to you though so we recommend thinking carefully about what you include. You should try to make your wording concise and to the point whilst including keywords relevant to your business. Include words and phrases your customers will use to search for the service or product you provide.
Yes, but not immediately. It takes Google and other (search engines) some time to detect, trawl and catalogue your new website. This can be up to 8 weeks. How high up in Google's listings you appear will depend on multiple factors but generally speaking the more specific your business niche is, and the more specific the location, the easier it is to appear higher in the rankings. Google bases its rankings on how relevant it deems your website to be to the search term the customer entered so when adding your text to the QuickSites set-up form try to add content that reflects what your target customers will be searching for.
